Personal Information Settings (App/Web)

1. Identity Verification:

Note: Real-name verification and video verification must be completed via App.

1) In OKX App, select Main Menu > Profile and settings > User Center > Profile > Identity verification. You will need to upload your ID photos, such as the front and back of your ID card, and complete facial recognition. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish uploading your documents and complete the real-name verification.

2) Video verification must be completed in C2C Trading. In OKX App Home, tap C2C trading > Profile > Video verification. During video verification, please make sure to switch on the sound, enable the camera, and do not connect headphones. The system will read out a risk warning; you do not need to repeat it. After confirming the information is correct, please answer Yes after the beep sound, then submit your documents and wait for review.

2. Link payment and receipt methods (App)

Select C2C Trading > Profile > Payments

Select the "+" in the upper right corner, select currency and payment method. You can choose from bank card/Alipay/WeChat Pay. Fill in the required information and follow the prompts to complete the binding.

Note: To update your linked phone number or email, select User Center > Security.

3. Link payment methods (Web)

In OKX (www.okx.com), select Buy Crypto > C2C Trading > My Profile > Manage payment methods > Add Payment Method. You may choose Bank Card, Alipay, or WeChat, and follow the instructions to complete the binding.

Note: If you wish to update your linked phone number or email, OKX website (www.okx.com), select Main menu icon in the upper right corner > Security and update your Phone Number/Email.
