ETH took a surprisingly hard hit.
Over 24 hours, roughly $356M in ETH positions were liquidated versus $298M in BTC. Across crypto, liquidations reached about $1.19B, with more than $1B coming from longs.
The takeaway isn’t simply “ETH is weak.” It’s that leverage can make a move much more violent than market cap alone would suggest.
