$PEPE just got a new institutional angle.
Canary Capital amended its filing for a spot PEPE ETF, proposing a Cboe BZX listing.
PEPE is down ~6.8% today.
That’s what makes this interesting:
a regulated investment route is being developed while the token is selling off.
Is this just a meme coin — or is the market building a new liquidity channel around it?
